How we work.
Five stages, in order. You always know what is happening, what it costs and what happens next.
Discover
We learn how your business actually operates.
We sit with the people doing the work, follow a job from start to finish and write down every step, including the ones that only exist because a system cannot do them.
Design
We map workflows, technology and user experience.
Workflows, data model, screens and integrations are agreed before code is written, so scope and cost are clear.
Build
We develop and test in focused iterations.
You see working software early and often. Each iteration is testable, so feedback arrives while it is still inexpensive to act on.
Launch
We deploy, integrate and train.
Deployment, data migration, integrations and hands-on training with your team, scheduled around your operating calendar.
Support
We continue improving the system as your organization evolves.
Monitoring, updates and a named point of contact. Systems that stay maintained keep earning their cost.
Working together
What we ask of you.
- Access to the people doing the work, not only the people describing it.
- One decision-maker who can approve scope and sign off on each stage.
- Honest answers about the workarounds. They are the most useful information in discovery.
- Time for testing before launch, scheduled outside your busiest weeks.
Common questions.
A focused automation or integration usually takes three to six weeks. A booking or dispatch platform typically runs three to five months from discovery to launch. We work in iterations, so you see functioning software well before the final delivery.
Often, yes. Many systems are sound but under-supported or missing a connection. We assess what you have and recommend improving it when that is the better answer, rather than defaulting to a rebuild.
That is a large part of what we do. Payment processors, point of sale, accounting, property management, email and messaging platforms can generally be connected through their APIs. Where no API exists we look at scheduled exports and other practical bridges.
Yes. You own the code, the data and the accounts it runs on. We provide documentation and repository access, and we do not hold systems hostage as a retention strategy.
